What a useful correction will include

• The sentence, image caption, route, or accessibility detail that needs review.
• A link to the responsible official source when the issue concerns live operations.
• The date you observed the discrepancy.

Do not send booking changes or payment questions here. Those belong with the company named on the provider checkout or confirmation page. San Francisco Trip Guide cannot access a provider’s reservation system.

Planned delivery standard

When contact delivery is authorized, it should use server-side validation, contextual escaping, a honeypot and reasonable rate controls, an authorized recipient, clear success and error states, and a documented retention process. It should never pretend a message was delivered when it was not.
